Coverage Duration: MAPTATTOO offers a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

Coverage Details: During the Warranty Period, MAPTATTOO will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective MAPTATTOO device, or any component thereof, that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  1. Misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect.
  2. Unauthorized modification or repairs.
  3. Improper installation, handling, or storage.
  4. Exposure to extreme temperatures.
  5. Prolonged underwater exposure
  6. Acts of nature such as lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other external causes.

How to Obtain Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, please contact MAPTATTOO Customer Support at support@maptattoo.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and a detailed description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability: MAPTATTOO liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products as stated herein. In no event shall MAPTATTOO be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of MAPTATTOO devices.

Disclaimer: This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Applicable Law: This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Policy: MAPTATTOO reserves the right to modify or amend this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Warranty Policy on the MAPTATTOO website.

Refund Policy

1.1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a MAPTATTOO device that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@maptattoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

1.2. Product Not as Described: If the MAPTATTOO device you receive is significantly different from the product description on our website in terms of functionality or features, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.

1.3. Cancellation Before Shipment: If you decide to cancel your order before the MAPTATTOO device has been shipped, you may request a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure timely processing of your cancellation and refund.
