In the event that MAPTATTOO stops functioning, you can try the following actions:
- Power OFF (long press on the ON/OFF key until the green LED turns OFF or for at least 6 seconds), wait 10 seconds and Power back ON, your device should restart properly.
- If (1) is unsuccessful, charge MAPTATTOO for an hour (blue LED ON) and try again
- If (2) is unsuccessful, please log a ticket
